Day 1: Arrive Pretoria

On your first day, your personal tour host will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to a local hotel where you can freshen up. You will then be transferred in a luxury vehicle to the capital city of Pretoria and to the rovos rail station. Depart from Pretoria aboard the pride of Africa for your rovos rail experience> For many visitors to south Africa there’s no finer way to see the country than on the popular weekly journeys between Pretoria and cape town. Day 2: Kimberley

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and Begin your tour with a visit to the big hole and diamond museum in Kimberley and enjoy the tram ride. The train continues from modder river station and travels overnight through de aar and beaufort west.

Day 3: Cape Town

After arriving in matijiesfontein, enjoy visit to this historic village. Departing later that morning, the train travels via Touws River, De Dooms and Worcester arriving in Cape Town at approximately 1800 pm where you will be transferred to your Cape Town hotel. Overnight at Cape Town

Day 4: Cape Town

Breakfast at the hotel. You will be met at your hotel by your private tour guide and depart on tour of Cape Town and table mountain. Ascend table Mountain for unforgettable Sweeping views (weather permitting). Return to the city through the Malay Quarter, Past the castle and around table bay to Milnerton Lighthouse. Here we can see table Mountain from the same perspective as the early settlers did when they sailed into Table Bay. Travel to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. At the waterfront enjoy a scenic helicopter flip. Your historic journey begins at the world renowned Victoria and Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town, passing over the Atlantic seaboard, to the white sands of Clifton and along the splendid twelve apostles and rugged beauty of Liandudno. Your exclusive trip will take you over the Republic of hout Bay and give you a magnificent view of seal Island.Enjoy dinner at one of the superb restaurants at the waterfront. Day 5: Cape Town

Breakfast at the hotel. Tour guide will again meet you at the hotel. Today, enjoy a full day tour of cape peninsula. Travel at pace that allows you to explore the beauty of cape Peninsula. Depart for the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve along pne of South Africas most scenic routes, passing hout bay and the dramatic views from chapmans peak drive. Enjoy a cruise to seal Island, to view seals and sea birds at Duiker Island (weather permitting) During summer several thousand cape fur seals along with rare black cormorant lollop leisurely among the kelp beds. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve. Indigenous fauna and flora are conserved In this priceless wilderness area. The scenery en route to cape point at the south western tip of the reserve is particularly lovely I n spring when wild flowers carpet the landscape. The new lighthouse- the most powerful in the worlds- beams an electric light of 19 million candle power across the ocean. Ascend to the top by funicular.Then drive through the historic naval base town of simons town and allow time for a stroll through Kirstenbosch Gardens. Enjoy dinner at one of the exclusive restaurants overlooking camps bay.Overnight stay at Cape Town.

Day 6: Cape Town – Knysna

breakfast at the hotel. Depart Cape Town In the company of your tour guide and explore the garden route to many who have visited it the garden route had a mysterious allure. In a province dominated by a Mediterranean climate and vegetation, the sheer extravagance of its tropical forests, brilliantly hued birds, multitudinous exotic plant species, tranquil inland lakes, densely wooded mountains, pristine beaches and meandering reed banked rivers is overwhelming. Travel to the coastal town of knysna Lagoon and ocean. Enjoy dinner at the hotel or at one of the many restaurants that knysna has to offer. Overnight stay at Knysna.

Day 7: Knysna

Breakfast at the hotel. Today you are free to explore the city of knysna on your own.Should you wish to stay at the hotel you can make use of their golf course or relax in signature spa. Enjoy dinner at the hotel or at one of the many restaurants that knysna has to offer. Overnight stay at Knysna.

Day 8: Knysna – Eastern Cape

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart from the hotel and in the company of your guide drive along the garden route to Port Elizabeth. Continue onwards and check into one of the exclusive private game lodges located In the eastern cape around the Addo national park. Experience the ever changing landscapes and rhytmes, clear light of dawn, the subtle pastel colors in the late afternoon, the fiery sunset ans the eerie laugh of the hyena in the dead of the night. Lunch is served at the lodge upon arrival. Afterwards it is time to check in and settle down to enjoy your late afternoon game drive. Dinner is served at the lodge. Overnight at Eastern Cape

Day 9: Eastern Cape

As dawn lightens the horizon, Knock on the door awakens you to a new bushveld day. After coffee and snacks on the safari patio. Your personal ranger escorts you to his four wheel drive open land rover and heads off into the reserve. The lodges professional rangers and all experts and well trained. They remain in constant radio contact, giving all guests the best possible opportunity of locating Africa’s Big Five. You will be enthralled by the magic and peace in the bush. Later in the morning, after a sumptuous breakfast, you can admire the prolific variety of birds from your room. Lunch is served at the lodge. That afternoon, depart for a game reserve that continuous into the night. Dinner is served at the lodge. Overnight stay at Eastern Cape

Day 10: Depart Eastern Cape

Today is the last day of our tour. Your guide will drive you to Airport where you are expecting your flight back home. Ten beautiful and richly-filled days came to an end.
